Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) ACADEMY  is an efficient way to up skill Participants and increase productivity for industry, Our custom TVET training helps students develop the specific skills necessary to overcome the unique challenges faced by an industry or organization

We aim to achieve the following objectives

• Trainings on Career Counseling and Guidance on TVETs
• TVET Skills trainings by the  coaches and mentors 
• Providing of internships to Participants to help them understudy a formalized company

The Skills Enterprise Challenge (Start Something Challenge) is designed to challenge Technical and vocational students, Apprentices and technical entrepreneurs to use their skills and to actualize their business dreams. The purpose of this project is to equip the youth preferably Apprentices with the technical and professional skills needed for socio-economic and industrial development of the country which will emphasis on training and skills development

The Skills competitions will provide a showcase for demonstrating and rewarding vocational skills excellence. which will focuses on understanding the broader benefits of  vocational  skills  participation in competitions

A training platform which targets all Technical and Vocational graduates and Apprentices to enlighten them on Technical and Vocational opportunities and discover practical ideas to empower TVET learners with entrepreneurial mind-set and TVET skills development.

The aim of the summit is to create a platform for the youth to cope with developing skills demands and TVETS systems that create new learning pathways, setting up innovative initiatives and developing transversal skills and competences that enable beneficiaries to respond to changing industry demands.

The summit is set to re-skill and up-skill participants to respond to emerging skills demands, including digital and socio emotional skills that can support their skills set, and build resilient and inclusive recovery.

There was Experts Consultation session on Mainstreaming Entrepreneurial Skills in TVET, who share their experience and Knowledge and expertise to the participants, The consultation session brings together expert from NVTI and other key stakeholders to discuss how entrepreneurial learning is clear in TVET policies and programmes, share experiences, examine and identify opportunities and challenges to mainstream into TVET systems.

Vocational education and training (VET) holds a priority place as contributor to human capital development, to economic growth, to reduction of unemployment, to better employment, that’s why the goal of the club is to empower students in the technical and vocational to develop their individual talents and skill-sets and develop practical competencies.

We inspire students to embrace their talents and live a life of meaning and to understand that entrepreneurs: Drive Innovation, Change People’s Lives, Create Jobs, Fuel Growth, and Make the World a Better Place. We set out to make our students into entrepreneurs by creating an environment that transforms the brightest and most passionate students to achieve their goal, our system of vocational education and training meets the needs of the individual citizens and skills demand of the labour market – now and in the future

The clubs normally meet once a week and cover a variety of subjects from business to leadership. We also focus on a specific business disciplines, including:

• Entrepreneurship
• Management
• Marketing
• Leadership
• Finance
• General business and Business Plan

Successful entrepreneurs coach students on the ‘in’s and out’s’ of business, drawing on their extensive real-world experience. The Clubs provide a comprehensive business education service for curricular, extra-curricular, and enrichment classes for vocational schools. We train and coach 500 students to succeed through teaching students to think entrepreneurial, finding solutions to problems.

What is the Youth Entrepreneurs Credit Union?

• The Youth Entrepreneurs credit union is a project by the Africa Entrepreneurship School with the objectives of implementing practical ideas to empower the youth with entrepreneurial mindset and skills
• The Youth Entrepreneurs Credit union is a development program designed for the young and Potential Entrepreneurs with the objective to create a platform for the youth to save and invest for their financial future, this program’s objective is to achieve inclusive and sustainable economic growth [SDG #8] through providing support to micro-entrepreneurs through business mentoring and to job seekers through skills training and development

The Youth Entrepreneurs credit union is  not just about giving financial support; we also offer practical help with developing your business idea. The YECU is designed to help young entrepreneurs build a bright financial future, from basic money concepts to teaching real-world skills
