Course Description

The AES Youth Enterprise Start-up Program prepares entrepreneurs, start-ups, and wanna-be entrepreneurs and gives them the confidence they need to succeed and to grow their businesses. Growing businesses are more likely to create jobs.

The training includes peer learning, sharing knowledge and know-how, and mentoring. Participants should be able to generate ideas, prepare business plans and take their businesses to the next level.

Each module is designed to challenge you more, and equip you with the most critical skills for starting, managing, and scaling a small business. For this reason, assignments and coursework will require a strong level of commitment to ensure a meaningful learning experience.

On successful completion of the course, you will be presented with a certificate

The AES Youth Enterprise courses have been carefully designed by a strong and experienced team of educational, business, and coaching specialists. Each course combines interactive learning activities, practical tools, individualized feedback, and coaching support to help entrepreneurs start and grow sustainable businesses.

The AES Youth Enterprise startup gives the youth an immersive experience of life as a successful entrepreneur. You will be coached through a series of interactive simulations, seminars, case studies You will gain both the hard business skills you need to succeed: how to build and grow your business.
